To maintain our strict health, safety, and quality standards across all our consumable products, all sales are strictly final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any items purchased in-store or online.

Catering Services
Our catering orders are custom-prepared specifically for your event using fresh, carefully sourced ingredients. Because of the custom nature of these services:

All catering orders are final sale once fulfilled.

Any deposits made to secure a catering date or large order are non-refundable.

Modifications or cancellations to catering orders must be made strictly within the window provided on your catering agreement; otherwise, the full balance remains non-refundable.
Gift Baskets
Every Kingma’s Market gift basket is assembled to order and often contains perishable goods, delicate items, and custom arrangements. Due to this, all gift baskets are final sale. We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for gift baskets once they have been purchased or delivered.
Order Errors & Quality Concerns
While we enforce a strict final sale policy, we stand behind the quality of everything we sell.
If there is a physical error with your order (e.g., you received the wrong item) or a severe, verifiable quality issue upon receipt or delivery, please contact our management team within 24 hours of your purchase. Please retain your receipt and the item in question, as we will evaluate these rare occurrences on a case-by-case basis to ensure your satisfaction.
